Hi, I'm Angela Lane.  My work reflects my Happy Places, and is a response to the joy, beauty and energy experienced in nature.  I'm based in Thornhill, Ontario, Canada and mostly work in encaustic (beeswax). I'm glad you're here!

sustainability

We live in a connected beautiful, awe-inspiring natural world. This is my ‘happy place’ and I love that I am able to choose to paint using a natural, renewable resource. I paint with encaustic medium which is beeswax with a little bit of damar/trees sap crystals added that act as a harding agent.
